This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office.
The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000 and will depend upon experience.
This position requires a U.S. Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.
Position Summary
The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) plays a critical role in driving the efficiency and success of DDC’s sales team, ensuring profitable growth and an improved customer experience. The SOM partners closely with Business Unit Teams to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while reinforcing a culture of urgency, accountability, and ethical business practices. This role is responsible for establishing key performance metrics, optimizing sales processes, and improving sales tools to enhance customer interactions and overall business performance.
